Jeff Cain has a keen interest in many aspects of the real estate market. As a licensed residential builder who is also a licensed REALTOR in the state of Georgia, Jeff offers a unique perspective on the overall buying and selling process. Jeff graduated from the University of Georgia in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in speech communication. After 10 years in the “corporate world,” he decided to pursue his passion for building and real estate. As the son of The Source for Homes, Inc. broker, Vicky Cain, and land developer and builder, Bob Cain, it was only a matter of time before the family influence rubbed off. Jeff began his dual career in real estate in Athens, Georgia working with both family businesses. After commuting to Athens from Warm Springs, Georgia for almost two years, Jeff made the decision to start his own building business, Sticks & Stones Builders, Inc., and to practice real estate with The Source for Homes, Inc. in the Coweta, Meriwether, and Troup county market closer to his home. Jeff has been married to wife Tonya, a family nurse practitioner in Columbus, Ga., since 1993. Jeff and Tonya have two beautiful children Kate (9) and Emily (6). They reside on the family farm in Warm Springs, Ga. Jeff is active in his community and church serving as Chairman of the Administrative Board at Trinity UMC, Durand. He also serves on the boards of the Meriwether County Chamber of Commerce, the March of Dimes, and at Flint River Academy where his children attend school. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Meriwether County.
